Jekyll island is located off the southern Georgia coast and is one of the Golden Isles. Visitors can enjoy miles of beautiful beaches, golf, tennis, camping, boating and fishing. During the 1800"s Jekyll island was a bacation retreat for wealthy industrialists, including the Rockfeller"s, Vanderbilt"s and the Goodyear"s tour the historic district to se their restored homes and the famous Jekyll Island Club Hotel.
