Wellington Harbour Capital of New Zeland. Named after the first Duke of Wellington, victor at the famous battle of Waterloo, the Capital City is situated on the south-west tip of the North Island. Cabel Car runs between Lambton Quay and Kelburn Welilington City and Harbour.
