Seven Foot Knoll Baltimore Maryland

Built in 1855, this lighthouse is one of only 4 screw-pile lighthouses remaining of the more than 40 that were built on the Chesapeake Bay. It was moved from the mouth of the Patapsco River to Pier 5 Inner Harbor in 1988. An unusual lighthouse not as romantic as the typical tower but more comical.
